Sinus and Nasal Cancer

Cancer of the nose or sinuses is rare. Due to its silent nature, it usually is advanced when it is found . Nasal congestion, bleeding, loss of sense of smell, or mass prompts the patient to visit his physician, but may be misdiagnosed since theses complaints are common for sinus and allergy disorders. Oftentimes the cancer cannot be easily visualized without special scopes or radiographic scans.
